Title / Naming Sponsor:
Your name becomes the official name of the jazz festival. Your name and logo are permanently displayed on all festival memorabilia, collateral materials! print & electronic advertising, letterhead and stationery, and become a part of the actual name of the event.

Venue Sponsor:
Your location could become the primary venue for the Jazz Fest and provide a showcase like no other! Jazz Fest is not only “The Largest Free Jazz Festival in the Northeast” (Jazz Times, Jazziz & Down Beat Magazines), it's also Upstate New York's premier summer outdoor music festival, and Central New York's signature cultural event. Each year more than 75,000 fans come from throughout the Northeast and Canada for one of the finest jazz festivals in the world. Main Stage Sponsor:
One of the most exclusive! high profile sponsorship opportunities at the festival. Your business name will be prominently mentioned in all press releases, signage, advertising and collateral materials associated with the festival's main stage – which will be renamed for your company! This is where all the headliners and other top flight international performers will appear – on the stage named for your organization. And there will be no doubt about the sponsorship, as your logo will appear prominently on giant scrims covering the festival's main stage sound system.

Scholastic Stage Sponsor:
Here's an incredible opportunity to host one of the festival's most popular stages: the Jazz Fest Scholastic Stage. This stage is situated inside a giant tent that provides festival goers with some open air comfort from the elements. Your banner will be prominently displayed above the stage for all to see. This sponsorship will provide your company with some excellent media coverage and public relations, as well as bringing much needed philanthropic and educational support to the festival's internationally acclaimed and awarded jazz education program. Every student performance plays to a capacity audience. A great way to reach parents, families and the community with your message.

Fireworks Sponsor:
The festival! in conjunction with your company, will present a major fireworks display as a thrilling complement to the music! Get the jump on every other fireworks display in Central New York by hosting this, the first major pyrotechnic show of the summer! Your company's name will be displayed for all to see, and will be mentioned in all promotional materials associated with the event.

Day (Naming) Sponsor:
By sponsoring one of the festival's three days, your business actually becomes a major part of the event. A welcoming sign at the festival's main entrance will greet every car. Your name and logo will be included in all promotional materials where the day's events are mentioned. It's your day at Jazz Fest!

LED Large Screen Sponsor:
Our high-tech LED screen is without a doubt one of the most popular features
of the festival! Beaming to the entire campus, the Jumbotron allows everyone at the festival to not miss a beat of the action on stage. You'll also have the right to repeatedly air your :30 spots on the big screen to reach your consumers constantly throughout festival weekend. They’ll go home remembering your message as vividly as they remember the music!
Annual contribution: $15,000.

CD Sponsor:
As sponsorship permits, the festival will produce a 14-track 'Sampler' CD, featuring cuts from all the major acts appearing at Jazz Fest. The annual Jazz Fest CD!, which will be given out free to all festival artists, media, and corporate sponsors, will also be distributed to every jazz radio station in the country. Your company's name and logo will appear on the front and back of every CD, and you will receive 1000 (one thousand) copies to distribute to anyone you want to make a positive impression on. Since this CD will NOT be sold and can only be obtained through your company, it is sure to become a collector's item. A great calling card for your firm or business, and completely unique!

Media Sponsor:
Your television station, commercial radio station, jazz radio station! national magazine, or weekly or daily newspaper can be the 'Official' publication or media outlet of the festival in your respective category" Your name and logo will be cross-promoted by every other festival media sponsor in all promotional and collateral material associated with the festival. As the top summer music festival in the Northeast, you'll make an impression on the tens of thousands of visitors and residents who attend annually, as well as on visitors from throughout Upstate New York, the Northeast US and Canada. Performance Sponsor:
Sponsoring one of the featured performers at Jazz Fest allows your business the most intimate of sponsorship opportunities. A private VIP backstage meet & greet opportunity with the artist can also be arranged. To cap it off, a representative of your firm will enjoy the coveted opportunity to serve as emcee during the artist's set on the festival's main stage.

Category / Product Sponsor:
